Your items are despatched from our Distribution Centre in Jersey, Channel Islands and are being picked and packed with the utmost care and attention whilst continuing to work within strict health and safety guidelines.  For our industry, this is normal practice. 

Custom Tray Kits are despatched from the UK and deliveries are unaffected.  Again, they are picked and packed with the utmost care and attention to strict health and safety guidelines.  These guidelines are also followed when you return your impressions for processing and again when the final trays are despatched to you.  

Your orders will not be affected but if this should change, we will let you know.
