If you have simply changed your mind and wish to return your product, please note there is a 30% restocking fee.

In our ongoing commitment to provide quality products, we would appreciate your reason for the return so we can correct any problem.  Closeouts and overstock items are non-refundable.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before confirming your order as no changes can be applied one despatch has taken place. 

NewHappySmile cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to a totally incorrect address as the information has been provided by the customer (yourself) via the purchase order.
If your parcel has been returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect partial address, please note there will be a a redelivery fee of £5
