Christmas delivery orders should be placed before 4pm on December 15

Please expect slight delays in delivery between Dec 15th - Jan 2nd 

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday.

Orders placed before 6pm (GMT) will be despatched the next working day.

Orders are normally despatched from our Jersey fulfillment center via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

Normal delivery is 6-10 working days (excluding UK Bank Holidays). 
If you have not received your delivery please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. 
 

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages, so please watch for additional deliveries.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct before confirming your order as no changes can be applied one despatch has taken place.

If your parcel has been returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect partial address, please note there will be a a redelivery fee of £5
